With our range of aromatic malts, the fruit of modern malting techniques used by our 3 expert Partners, we can enhance and intensify aroma and savor in end products. In order to facilitate their use in the process solution and customization of your particular product they exist in differing forms: flour, flakes and semolina.
They can also be used for their color to personalize and enhance the visual effect of the end products. Our range offers a large color spectrum, from 30 EBC to 1500 EBS.
Our malt range originates from 5 different cereal plants: wheat, spelt, barley, maize, rye. Consequently, it is possible to vary the features of end products.
