Our trial laboratory
We are convinced at BÖCKER FRANCE that practice makes perfect! That is why we have had our own trial bakery since 2007 on our site in Rungis.
It is an invaluable complement to our sales activity and enables us to remain up-to-date in bread-baking skills by producing perfectly-adapted products and solutions for our Customers right up to the moment they become finished products.
This final validation phase ends the development process in which our Partners are directly involved and enables us to put the finishing touches to our offer.

Our trial bakery is also where our Customers can be given demonstrations and training. Particularly for tailor-made solutions based on their specifications.
We carry out regular application trials with our Customers. We can also receive their teams to train them to use the developed solutions.
