For more than 25 years, Pascal has been distributing ingredients and solutions for the food industries. He created BÖCKER FRANCE and he knows the French market and its requirements very well.
He was the very first exclusive distributor of Ernst BÖCKER sourdoughs in France with success. Furthermore he has been successful in establishing friendly and strong relationships with other Partners, who now make up the BÖCKER FRANCE network.
Horse rider, musician, hiker… and soon skipper, Pascal loves wide and wild Nature.
He was also a member of our successful team at the 2018 Oxfam Trailwalker 100 km raid.
Pierre graduated from ENSMIC and joined BÖCKER FRANCE in 2005. Since then, his aim to develop long-term partnerships with our Customers has been based on three key features: efficiency, imagination and trust.
Pierre regularly takes up ambitious challenges. He likes sports and travel, he has become a marathon runner. He also led the BÖCKER FRANCE team to success during the 2018 Oxfam Trailwalker 100 km raid.
Engineer in Bio-industry specializing in food, Stéphanie has been since 2015 in charge of growing our activities in new application areas, for all food and feed markets.
Subtle mix of softness, fantasy and vivacity, Stephanie likes spending time in creating new recipes as well as energizing herself on a squash ground.
Graduated from Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle specializing in healthy food, Laure has just joined our team in July 2018 to implement our Quality strategy. Her mission is to grow our quality management all through the process, with the objective to reach 100% Customers’ satisfaction.
“Problems are the key to discover hidden treasures”… Laure has taken this proverb as her own rule and an opportunity for warm human experiences, in the social and environmental volunteering actions in which she is involved.
Administration & Accounting
Anne joined the company in 2004 and deals with all administration and transversal subjects, especially relationship with Partners, linkage between Customers and Sales team, accounting.
Adaptability, accuracy and anticipation are 3 of her professional skills that contribute to smooth relationship between our Customers and Böcker France.
Anne likes reading and caring for her family and friends and she does it with attention, a good mood and ability for relationships.
Administration & Sales Assistant
Since April 2017, Sophie has been in charge of Customers’ orders management all along the process, from initial order to delivery and invoicing. A mission requesting precision, reactivity and listening.
Sophie is fond of dancing, especially Salsa and Bachata and she is not afraid of demonstrating on stage inside her dance group… a nice mean of expressing and sharing!

Born in 2003, BÖCKER FRANCE is celebrating its 17th anniversary !
It is the result of an almost 28-year-working relationship between Pascal Censi (Founder and CEO of BÖCKER FRANCE) and Georg Böcker (CEO of our historical German Partner Ernst BÖCKER GmbH and great grandson of the Founder). The company has experienced huge growth since it was created, and is now a major and key player on the French food market.
For the last 10 years, BÖCKER FRANCE has been extending its boundaries and developing close links with other Partners in order to increase its range of ingredients and solutions and give its French Customers of all food markets even greater satisfaction in meeting their needs.
