Food Sourdoughs Dried Tritordeum sourdough
The first Tritordeum sourdough created for AGRASYS (the company which has invented and now delivers this new natural cereal, result of a combination between a durum wheat and a wild barley). BÖCKER FRANCE is the unique company in France delivering this new sourdough.
This sourdough preserves the original nutritional benefits of Tritordeum, a natural non-GMO cereal which is richer than classical wheat: more dietary fibers, more monounsaturated fatty acids in particular a higher content in oleic acid, up to 10 times more lutein, 50 to 60% less gluten proteins hence reduced intolerance to gluten.
