We offer a part of our range as Gluten Free variants, from genetically unmodified soybeans (GMO free) rigorously produced and selected.

This range is particularly interesting for Gluten Free recipes thanks to the high nutritional value of Soy proteins as well as naturally rich in fat, vitamin E and lecithin.

Main products

  • Full-fat soy protein flour, toasted, with pleasant nutty taste, to improve texture of the fillings in pastry
  • Full-fat soy grits, toasted, with pleasant nutty taste, easy to digest. Improves the sensation when eating dietary breads.
  • A premium quality soy bran, micronized or not. Trebles the absorption of water hence making products easier to digest and supports the effects of dietary fibres.
  • With several sizes offered, our range allows meat substitution in many recipes (Bolognese sauce, chicken ragout, soy burgers…).
